CoolPod: a highly efficient, scalable and secure liquid cooled Containerised Modular Datacentre (CMDC) that delivers powerful, high performance compute to the Edge of Network. DESIGN

Mavin has various design concepts incorporating a calculated balance between traditional, current and next generation ideologies. All concepts are designed to maximise efficiency, space requirement and provide scalable, fit-for-purpose environments for individual user requirements. The CMDCs can be used as primary critical datacentres, secondary DR facilities or scalable and secure hubs for wider and remote data centres. They are available in single or multiple formats, the options are almost limitless.

The innovative Iceotope cooling system works harder than traditional systems to keep components cool, without the need for air-conditioning equipment and condensation units. So it delivers the same processing power with less energy, less cost and less fuss.

DEPLOYMENT

The CMDC may be deployed externally as a stand-alone structure or internally within a host building. The cost of a CMDC is economical compared to a traditional design and build. Plus being modular and therefore movable, should an organisation wish to relocate they have the capability to migrate their entire Data Centre set-up, relatively quickly and economically cost wise.
